Our Adult sessions are for individuals aged 16 and above. These sessions are part structured with a group warm up and conditioning or line drills followed by time on all of the equipment in the gym. There are several coaches on hand to assist the needs of our adults, if you want to learn new skills, compete or improve your fitness our coaches are on hand to help you succeed. There is a great atmosphere in the gym and we welcome people of all ages and abilities.


These sessions run on a Thursday 8:15- 9:45pm.
